Parents:  Things Your Child Needs To Play-    

1: You must fill out and upload your child's physical to the ATS system. Please click on "PIAA Physical Packet and ATS Link" on the left to begin this process. 

  ALL FORMS ON ATS MUST BE COMPLETED IN ORDER TO BE CLEARED TO PLAY.    

2: Your child must complete the concussion education program 

3: Your child must complete the concussion test (This is not the short quiz given at the end of the educational program.)
