HOW TO RESET YOUR GOOGLE PASSWORD:
- Students who have set up password recovery via ClassLink can reset their own passwords. Go to www.crsd.org/classlink and click the "Help, I forgot my password" link and follow the prompts. You will need to enter your Student ID number. If recovery has been setup, you will verify your identity via your security questions or by receiving a text message at your registered phone number. Complete the process to reset your password.
- Students can also enter an IT Helpdesk ticket at crsdstudent.sherpadesk.com. Complete the necessary fields, and be prepared to provide phone numbers where you can be reached! Follow ups will occur through those phone numbers.
** If you are a returning athlete and you have used the ATS system before, your OLD password will NOT work. ALL passwords from last year have been re-set to the default password listed above. After you log into ATS for the first time this school year, you will be asked to change your password.
